The following are the confessions I spoke over Amaris, my body, and my doctor as I moved through my pregnancy.  You can, as a parent or family member, speak the same confidently, customizing it to be yours.  “Life and death are in the power of the tongue”! Proverbs 18:21

For Baby:

Baby, you are strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.  You are redeemed from sickness and disease, and will develop fully with nothing missing and nothing broken.  You are redeemed from the curse of the law. I declare your eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, bones, heart, lungs, blood, and digestive system all functioning and developing normally.  Baby, in Jesus Name, you will place yourself in perfect position for delivery when the time comes.  You will be delivered healthy and strong, with no delivery trauma.  You will be taught of the Lord and great shall be your peace, inside and outside of the womb. You will be peaceful in temperament, and will sleep well at night.  You will take easily to breastfeeding.  You will have a tender heart toward God from an early age.

Isaiah 54:13 All your children shall be taught by the Lord, And great shall be the peace of your children.

Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

For Mother:

I will carry my baby full term with no complications.  The fruit of my womb is blessed.  My body is strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, able to handle every season of pregnancy with ease.  My bones, joints, and muscles are strong and function in such a way to support the baby.  I rests well, getting plenty of sleep.  I will enjoy her pregnancy and be at peace.   I will deliver with ease and without complications.  I will be ready spirit, soul, and body when the time comes.  Everything within I body will align and function normally for a supernatural childbirth, free of tears, broken bones, and any other attack of the devil.  I will dilate quickly and have a short delivery naturally – no cesarean necessary, In Jesus Name.

Exodus 23:25-26 “So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.”

Deuteronomy 7:13 And He will love you and bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you.

Malachi 3:10-11 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse,
That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts,
“If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it. ¹¹ “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field,” says the Lord of hosts.

For the Doctor:

I declare the doctor’s mind is clear to handle and treat the pregnancy.   I command the eyes of his understanding to be enlightened, open to the leading of the Holy Spirit only.  I declare that during delivery he will do only what is necessary and beneficial to both mother and the baby.  I agree that he will trust in the Lord with all his heart and will not lean on his own understanding. I bind any unnecessary news or bad reports that may want to come from his mouth because that’s what the statistics are.  I speak blessing over him and his hands.  I declare that I have favor with our insurance and all medical staff.  I declare a peaceful delivery involving the hospital and all who work there.   I bind any kind of complications – financially, emotionally, relationally, or physically – while at the hospital, in Jesus Name.
