Never despise a seed sown. God spoke to me the other day and said that the years I invested into other people’s children through children’s ministry would be multiplied back into my daughter Amaris. No matter how many years it may take to see the harvest, a good seed sown will always multiply and produce when you need it the most.

“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38

God’s Paintbrush

Doubting God’s promise to perfect that which concerns us is what dries up God’s ability to finish His work. Like a painter’s hands tied so he cannot move his paint brush, God is unable to finish the projects He begins in our lives.  When we get impatient and frustrated because the finished work isn’t appearing when we thought it should, God’s stroke is suspended.  He only responds to faith in Him.  It’s what keeps His paint brush moving.
